It's Morning

Nicki woke up on Safaree's chest. She wondered if she'd be with him forever. Then she realized she was cheating, cheating on DeWayne. She shot up and so did Safaree. They looked at each other and then scrambled for thier clothes.

"Safaree do you realize what we've
done?!"

"Yeah." Safaree said in a small voice.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah."

"Um can you take me to get my car?"

"Yeah."

They checked out the hotel and went to his car.

"I'm scared." Nicki said in a cracking voice.

"Me too." Safaree said with his eyes locked on the road.

A few minutes later they arrived at the club they were at the night before.

"Thanks Safaree."

"You're welcome."

"Keep in touch."

"Alright."

Nicki walked to her car and started the car. Safaree waited for her to drive off.


Nicki arrived at her house a few minutes later. She walked through the door to a too quiet house. Her heat started to pound and she started getting hot. She walked upstairs and put her bag down.

"Hey Nicki."

Nicki turned around to see DeWayne smoking a blunt.

"Hi."

"Where you been?"

"I-I-I was at the-the um... at a hotel."

"Why?"

"B-B-Because you were gonna kill me."

"Did you sleep with him?"

"Y-Y-Yes."

"Why?"

"B-B-Because his wife wouldn't let him come home."

"Oh," DeWayne said nodding. "Did you fuck him?"

Nicki stayed silent.

"DID YOU FUCK HIM?!!!"

"Y-Y-Yes." Nicki said startled.

"Okay."

DeWayne pushed her on the bed and tore her clothes off and got a wet belt and kept hitting her with it. Nicki screamed with all her might. She cried and cried.

"SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!" DeWayne yelled.

He stopped and walked out the room.
Nicki curled up and cried.

Safaree parked the car in the driveway and walked inside. His wife sat on the couch and stared at him as he walked past her. Safaree walked upstairs and sat on the bed. Then he heard glass shattering. His wife had thrown and dropped everything on his car.

"THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU FUCK WITH MY EMOTIONS!!!!"

She continued to damage his car and he went upstairs and packed his stuff and called a cab. When the cab got there he walked out the door and left the key and his wedding ring on the table. He walked to the cab.

"OH SO YOU'RE LEAVING?!!"

"Yeah. Bye."

"NO SAFAREE DON'T LEAVE!!!"

"Bye."

Safaree got in the cab and drove off.

"SAFAREE COME BACK!!!" His wife sat there in the drive way and cried.

Safaree sat in the car and cried silently.
